BathOrigin is an online platform for wholeselling and custom-making bathroom, kitchen and home products, usually we can’t accept return and exchange without excuse.  BathOrigin will do our best to deliver the most qualified products, while problems may still happen.

Once you receive your order, please check the products carefully. If there’s any malfunction or problem, please contact our sales representative at the first time through email: info@bathorigin.com.  You can tell us the problem by providing pictures or videos, we’ll offer a solution for you within a week.

We may solve the problem by refunding, compensating with new product, whichever is convenient and fair for both parties.
