A. For most of our products, the MOQ is just 50pcs, unless specified on the product page.
Q. How do you pack your products?
A. In usual case, we’ll pack each product in a blank white or brown inner box, then 50pcs into a brown carton box, unless we specify especially.
Q. Can you put my brand logo on the product?
A. Yes, we can lazer your brand logo on the products as long as the order quantity can be 300pcs, unless we specify especially.
Q. Can you custom-make the color box for me?
A. Yes, we can custom-make the color box for you as long as the order quantity can be 1000pcs, unless we specify especially.
Q. Will there be additional cost for custom package?
A. Yes, there’ll be additional cost $0.5/pc for custom color box, unless we specify especially.
Q. Can you put sticker for me on the inner box or carton box?
A. Yes, we can put sticker for you on the box, and it’s free of charge.
Q. Do you have stock of your products?
A. Yes, most of our products are ready to ship.
Q. How soon can you ship out the products?
A. It varies for different order quantity. But you can refer to the below time table:
50-500 pcs: 7-10 days
501-3000 pcs: 15-20 days
3000 pcs up: To be negociated
Q. Can I get one sample?
A. Yes, you can always buy sample online at the wholesale price, while you have to afford the shipping cost.
Q. What delivery options do you have?
A. For small orders, we’ll use air shipping. We work with many shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, Aramex, Dpex, EMS…For bulk orders, we’ll use sea or train shipping.
We’ll always decide the best shipping solution for you according to your order quantity.
Q. What payment methods you accept?
A. We accept payment through paypal & bank transfer.
Q. What payment terms you offer?
A. This webshop aims for small order wholesale, so full payment should be received before we shipping out. While for full container orders, we can accept 30%-50% deposit, then the balance against the copy of B/L.
